ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Wellastore Affiliate Program is open exclusively to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be a licensed salon professional (e.g., hairstylist, colorist, barber, or nail technician) with a valid and verifiable professional license in their country and state of residence.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligibility is limited to U.S. Residents only.
- Applicants must have the capability to promote Wellastore.com through personal or professional marketing channels, in compliance with the Program Terms and Conditions.
Wellastore reserves the right to verify licensing credentials at any time and to deny or revoke affiliate access if eligibility requirements are not met or maintained.
PROGRAM RULES
The Wellastore Affiliate Program allows you to earn up to 25% commission on purchases made through Wellastore when a customer checks out using your unique promo code. Each affiliate receives a custom code to share with BOTH salon professionals (licensed stylists and nail technicians) and consumers, including family, friends, and clients.

Code Usage Limit: Each customer may use the code up to three times.
Promotion Stacking: Promo codes cannot be combined with other sitewide offers or discounts. The site will automatically apply the best available pricing at checkout. For example, if Sebastian Shaper is 50% off, the discount will remain, and the 15% affiliate discount will apply only to remaining regular-priced items in the cart.

Earnings Tier: Earnings are determined by the total value of all orders placed using the affiliate's unique promo code each month. Note: Personal purchases or self-referrals are not eligible for commission. Commissions are paid only on qualifying third-party referrals to licensed salon professionals and/or consumer customers.
Monthly Payout: Commissions are paid within 10 days of the end of each month, based on the cumulative order value during that period. All payments are processed through the Wellastore Affiliate Program Platform (GRIN). Affiliates must set up payment preferences in their Affiliate Dashboard in order to receive payouts.
Code Usage Review: Affiliate codes are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Codes must be active within 90-day period to avoid deactivation or revocation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To remain in good standing within the Wellastore Affiliate Program, affiliates must adhere to the following terms:
Active Participation
Affiliates are expected to share their unique affiliate link or promo code on a regular basis, with a minimum activity level of once every 90 days. Maintaining an active online presence related to beauty, hair, or professional education is also required.
Brand Alignment
Affiliates must represent the Wellastore brand positively and professionally. Only approved brand assets, logos, and messaging provided by Wellastore may be used in promotional efforts.
Compliance
All promotional activity must comply with applicable advertising laws, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, and affiliate marketing standards. Affiliates must not engage in misleading, offensive, or unethical promotion practices.
Content Guidelines
Affiliates should refrain from using competitor links or content that misrepresents Wellastore products or services. Product claims, pricing, and promotional details must not be modified or misrepresented.
Confidentiality & Conduct
Any confidential information shared through the program must be respected and protected. Affiliates are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct in all public and private interactions.
Failure to meet these terms may result in removal from the program or suspension of affiliate privileges.

- To create and manage your affiliate account
- To track referral activity and calculate commissions
- To communicate with you regarding Program updates, marketing opportunities, and account-related matters
- To provide promotional tools and analytics to support your performance

- To analyze and improve the effectiveness of the Program
- To ensure compliance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable laws
Sharing of Information
We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, as necessary:
- Authorized Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, affiliate tracking, analytics, and email communications.
- Corporate Affiliates: Entities within the Wella Company group, where required for operational efficiency or compliance.
